Dialect.
Since I've started doing Errant Apprentice exclusively I've noticed something. "Ah hate writin' in these here durned dialects!" I suppose I went a little overboard with it for Ernest and Dottie but I think I can get away with most people just droppin' the "G" that end some words and it will still sound sort of southern since they live in rural Mississippi. Which brings me to something. Unlike some people, I actually like living in Mississippi. It's really a great state to travel in. One of my favorite hobbies is about once a year getting "lost" in the middle of no where and seeing what we can find. For instance, this is Rodney, Mississippi. Actually, it's Brumfields Grocery in Rodney and it's delightfully run down and has so much character it practically speaks to me.
